Help banks serve their corporate clients with advanced transaction management and cash solutions. Designed as a white-label digital banking solution, enables financial institutions to modernize their digital offerings and strengthen client relationships in the corporate sector.
Deliver a flexible, secure, and user-friendly platform that would streamline complex corporate banking operations. By enabling banks to offer a digital-first experience, the product aimed to reduce operational inefficiencies, improve transparency in cash flow management, and provide corporate customers with a single platform for handling all critical financial processes.

The discovery revealed several key challenges
Corporate banking involves highly complex workflows, multiple stakeholders, and strict regulatory compliance. Many banks relied on outdated legacy systems that lacked scalability, intuitive interfaces, and real-time integration with enterprise processes. The main challenge was to design a solution that could simplify these workflows while ensuring compliance, reliability, and accessibility for users across different levels of financial expertise.

Adoption rate among partner banks, increased transaction volumes processed through the platform, reduction in manual errors, and positive feedback from corporate clients.

The design revealed several steps
Beginning with user journey mapping to map out corporate users’ pain points. Wireframes, hi-fidelity design and prototypes were tested with both bank staff and corporate treasurers to ensure usability. Key features included a real-time payment tracker, customizable reporting dashboards, bulk payroll uploads, automated tax filing integration, and liquidity forecasting tools. Accessibility and simplicity were prioritized to balance the complexity of financial operations with an intuitive user interface.
Solution
Provided a unified dashboard where corporate customers could manage payments, payroll, taxes, receivables, liquidity, and financing in one place. Security and compliance were embedded in the design, ensuring that sensitive financial data was protected while still offering flexibility and scalability for banks of different sizes.

Achieved strong adoption, with Bank Mandiri in Indonesia serving over 27,000 corporate clients through Mandiri Cash Management, where 53% of customs and excise payments are now processed digitally. In Malaysia, Affin Bank extended the platform to more than 300,000 customers, improving retention and e-banking usage. Industry benchmarks suggest significant cost savings, faster processing cycles, and fewer manual errors through automation. Together, these outcomes highlight measurable efficiency gains, stronger client engagement, and new revenue opportunities for partner banks.
